When The Clockwork Dolls formed in 2007, the concept was simple: Theatrical, grand, epic music for folks who dream, and dream big. Hailing from diverse backgrounds, this band of video game nerds, theater geeks, sideshow performers, and artist rejects took the music scene by storm with their 2009 debut album, Dramatis Personae.
Featuring the talent of Trinket Bramage, vocalist extraordinaire; Colette Lovelace, vocalist virtuoso and lyricist; Christopher Bass, resident cock-rocker; and Allison Curval, composer and keyboardist. The Clockwork Dolls is a band that focuses on bygone eras with their own unique symphony rock flair.
You know them. You love them. They make you dance until your goggles are foggy and your petticoats are moist. You’ve seen them perform at Wicked Faire, The Steampunk World’s Fare, Dorian’s Parlor, and The SteamWerk Ball…
They have been a driving force in helping define the soundtrack to Steampunk, and are well known for their vast arsenal of music and a love of making audiences dance. You can expect to hear a mix of Steampunk, Neo-Swing, and Cabaret as well as Goth, Industrial, Synth and Electro.

His infectious humor and upbeat performances have captivated audiences for years, and the deep honesty of his musical expression has made his performances unforgettable.

Thousands of People at Renaissance Faires all over the country have laughed at the Magic and Comedy shows of Isaac Fawlkes during the past 20 years. For years people have asked to see a show that allows Isaac to let down his inner censor and to cross the line of a so called “family show.” Well now is that time. Isaac will not only cross the line but find out how he got the Queen to retch and Say “Mother F****r” on stage. He was so proud!
During the 80’s, before his journey into the world of Renaissance Faires, Isaac performed at Comedy Club and College all over the United States. He was the opening Act for Jimmy “JJ” Walker, ”Weird Al” Yankovic, David Brenner, and The Smothers Brothers.

Some claim vaudeville is dead, that the talkie and picture box killed the whole darned thing, and for nigh a century the throngs of humanity have been transposed from wild adventure seekers in search of entertainment, to a pair of eyes sitting complacently in the dark.

the wonder of the sideshow, the splendor of the circus beckon to you once again.
It calls to you, begs to entertain you in ways that dull screen in your den never can.

In subject matter, Patricia is inspired by her love of sci-fi, fantasy, mythology and paranormal legend, as well as the mundane horrors of ordinary life. Musically, she falls squarely in the genre of Whatever Comes To Mind On Any Given Day, with an eclectic style drawn from the realms of Southern Gothic, Post-Punk and Traditional Celtic Folk.
Platform One… we’ll play anything for some cake. Take a little synth, add a pinch of pop, mix with enough darkness until consistency is like sweet, dancing oontz. Serve with a side of sexy.
Platform One has been bouncing around the convention scene since the early 2000’s, serving up high energy performance with V. Nigel Taylor – the man behind the lyrics and voice, Daniel Gill – synth player extraordinaire, and Allison Lahikainen – percussive time keeper. It doesn’t matter if you’re goth, steampunk, or a child of the 80s, Platform Ones holds a cross-genre appeal that knows no boundaries.
Psyche Corp. is a dark fairytale cyberpunk/steampunk band named after a dream manufacture group from a future where widespread neural implants have allowed people to jack their nerve endings directly into the internet and download dreams. Songs deal in dystopian themes as well as the surreal psychological landscapes of sleeping minds. The musical style spans genres; a recent song has mixed tribal singing with classical piano while embedding poliovirus DNA into its percussion. Our sound is best described as a mix of trip-hop electro-industrial rock and alternative world music.
Psyche Corp. first began playing live in 2007, and over the years has included dancers, guitarists, and a cellist at various points, but the one constant is that bizarre vocalist lady of ours that we can’t seem to get rid of, who also produces all of the backing music. Currently, the full line-up is G. Yang, M. Lunapiena on cello, and R. Pruyn on guitar. Psyche Corp. is a favorite amongst north eastern steampunk conventions/events, renaissance festivals, gothic balls, and anime-friendly conventions. Notably, we’ve performed at FanEXPO (which annually draws about 60,000 patrons) in Toronto as the headlining musical guest for their steampunk programming in August 2010, and were invited back for another convention put on by Steampunk Canada in 2011. We’ve also performed at every Wicked Faire since 2009 (this is an annual combination alt pagan scifi renaissance faire convention in NJ that currently draws about 3,000 or more patrons per year), and every Steampunk World’s Fair since the first iteration in 2010. We’ve also become regulars at Arisia (sci fi con in Boston, MA) and TempleCon (sci fi con in Warwick, RI). More recently, Psyche Corp. was the headlining musical act for Ikkicon (a major anime convention) in Austin, TX for December 2012. Our performances as of 2012 have received film coverage by the Discovery Channel and Travel Channel, among others.
